This dude cheats so bad. I got the drop on him and took him completely by surprise and I KNOW that this guy wields a fatman, so I was extra careful. Anyway this dude, in the span of less than 10 seconds, launched 4 mini-nukes at me (Thankfully they all missed). Even with all the best perks and equipment, there is no way anyone could reload a fatman that quickly and get off 4 mini-nukes in under 10 seconds.

Complete BS NPC cheating scum. I didn't die either. I did however unload an entire magazine into his corpse as payback for cheating though :)

1. apply sneak sniper headshot with decent powered rifle. watch him instantly die since low level.

2. collect fatman including nukes.

3. walk away

Sneak up to him, steal his fusion core and fatman. Stick a grenade in his pocket. Give him the finger.

This, sniper from the freeway and in sneak mode is the easiest way, if needed wait for the enemy search to cool down, repeat this until he is dead

You know there's a mirv mod available for the missile launcher and fatman, don't you? Firing 4 mini nukes in quick succession would say to me he's modded his fatman.
