Info page says theres a way to peacefully reslove the standoff, earn a good amout of caps and get Both Trudy and wolf and vendors.. but im not having much luck. Ive got decent charmisma (with boosts from attire) but no luck in steering the conversation on the right path.

And no there is a speach check talk to trudy talk to the drug dealer and get him to stop selling to truddys son and than convince trudy to pay the caps she owes.

Nope if you have high enough charisma you can convince Trudy to pay up.
If your charisma is a little low, there's outfits that can buff it along with beer or grape mentats.

I threaten the drug dealer 2x then ask for money to resolve the situation. Then "persuade" Trudy to pay up, resulting in 2 vendors. I used to get the drug dealer to hoof it to Goodneighbor but Trudy still used her surly tone with me so nowadays I just get her to pay up.
