I don't know if FO4 just has more harsh lighting angles or if there really is something off about it.
When there's enough realistic light source they look great

The lighting tends to end up too weak or too strong on the characters face in these instances, yes a directy up or down angle will look bad on just about anyones face but it's just odd.
I'm wondering if it has to do with the early status of Fallout 4 ENB.
Besides no other preset has quite the look I was going for.

I still feel there are more instances than ENB Skyrim where the face lighting looks off, typically overly harsh or too weak for the distance. Mainly in interiors tbh. Outside usually isn't that bad.
90 % of the time, people complain about lighting on characters they forget that "CL OFF" is a thing.
