Disable mods and re-enable one by one.

Oh lord.. Its gonna be a long night
Or begin the cure with the latest you installed. I had problems with mods (I still have, some just can't get enabled, but I don't care. I play with the 90% which run fine) and it was easier to reinstall everything, F4 and mods in a proper location as far away as possible from that 'Programs' directory.
I hope for you some wizard gamer will offer you a smarter solution. But mine isn't that long. Faster than thinking about better solutions for ever and not doing anything... like I do most of the times myself. Don't be like me.
A clean F4 works nearly like a charm.
Good luck... ;-)
Perhaps we should speak french next time?

did you try the modding instructions? :)

Open (or create, if missing) Fallout4Custom.ini with your favourite text editor (we use Notepad++).

4. Add the following lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=

5. Save and close Fallout4Custom.ini

This may not fix it
Some mods could have done permament damage to your save file
