Report a translation problem
I hope for you some wizard gamer will offer you a smarter solution. But mine isn't that long. Faster than thinking about better solutions for ever and not doing anything... like I do most of the times myself. Don't be like me.
A clean F4 works nearly like a charm.

Perhaps we should speak french next time?
Open (or create, if missing) Fallout4Custom.ini with your favourite text editor (we use Notepad++).
4. Add the following lines to your Fallout4Custom.ini
[Archive]
bInvalidateOlderFiles=1
sResourceDataDirsFinal=
5. Save and close Fallout4Custom.ini
Some mods could have done permament damage to your save file
