How to get settlers at Spectacle Island

I didn't turn on the breaker in the workshop room

Despite the fact i have turned on the generator on the boat, when i actually interact with the workshop, it says i'm not allied. Major breakthrough in whats wrong, ima google search this rn

So i built this giant base on Spectacle island and my plan was to spawn 50 settlers with the console becuase of two reasons, i have low charisma (I'm playing a sniper) and the cap is 20 anyway. The base is a giant fortress that requires 50 people as of right now. My problem is not spawning the settlers, when i click "Move" after spawning them there is no option for Spectacle Island, I've read that it has to do with the fact that it's an island sorrounded by water, but how the hell do you get settlers there? Or how do i copy the building and put it somewhere else?


Aight, here's an update, i'm downloading "Transfer settlements" at the nexus

My plan is to move it to a place where i can get settlers and then mabye move it back to Spectacle once i have people, i'll update if it works

New update, the mod doesn't allow you to transfer buildings to new settlements, it allows you to move them to new characters, please help me.

Im playing a low charisma character and i enjoy the settlement system and I need 50 settlers, the console is the best way for me to do it, the recruitment beacon goes way to slow. Also, i can only get like 11 people with my Charisma level

Unless you play on survival you can activate in beacon in every settlement you own and then send settlers from there to spectacle island, till its full. But make sure to disable the beacons in time before you get more settlers than you want in the other settlements.

almost 2 islands, and looked like a pair of spectacles irl before the landfill ppl trashed it.
