[Bugged] Pleas punish Timmy QA [fixed'ish]

So i've run into a spot of bother, you see, in the General Atomics factory there is this QA section. You get instructed to ''punish'' Timmy, to do this you're supposed to turn the radio off, which in my case doesn't work. I've tried throwing grenades at both the radio and the skeleton in the room, none of which works. After many tries and errors I decided to leave. Now I can here her voice over every radio and speaker in the commonwalth telling me to ''punish Timmy'' and I think i'm going insane. Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

TL;DR QA section of Genereal Atomics factory is bugged, radio not working, hearing ''punish Timmy'' everywhere now.

Fix: Whilst not really a fix you can remove the annotations by opening the console and using the following command: ResetQuest DN050 or StopQuest DN050

Try beating the skeleton with your bare fists
IIRC that also triggers the completion of that objective.

I did try this, decided to use the the command ''StopQuest DN050'' to shut her up.

would also work to advance to next stage
