Thanks for the warning.
You have probably installed a mod that requires Fallout 4 script extender: http://f4se.silverlock.org/.
I have a lot of mods loaded, several of which require this file. I have had the same issue when I accidentally loaded Fallout 4 instead of Fallout 4 SE.
All you do is install FO4SE to the same place as Fallout (it should auto-detect the installation location), and launch that instead of FO4 in order to play the game.
Thanks, next time I'll play Fallout 4 and get this issue, I'll try to reinstall Script Extender and see if that will help. :)
I did run through SE, just later from one point in time it bugged and corrupted the whole game (older saves didn't have voice sound either).
