Report a translation problem
It looks like the gemoetry is exaggerated. This is a long shot, but I had a similar problem, (though not as bad) if I had "Highlighting Enemy and Enemy Corpses" loaded after any face altering mods, as evident with the post I made which you can still see in the top of the recent comments. (I'm xanirus there.)

Simply making that mod load before it fixed it, if resetting via Faceripper as JH mentioned doesn't already work. (Face Ripper can reset a face if you made any alterations with the SLM command, and should reset the face to whatever mod changes it.)
