SOLVED: Piper's face is F'ed up
I could use some help figuring out why my Piper's face looks like a Picasso painting. She is the only character with this problem. If I try to fix it by loading another preset via looksmenu, it still looks distorted. I've tried resurrecting, recycling, and disabling/enabling her with no luck and I can't find anyone else with the same problem. Thanks in advance.

This is how she should look:

Have you tried using Face Ripper to reset her face?

You're not kidding with the Picasso thing, lol.

It looks like the gemoetry is exaggerated. This is a long shot, but I had a similar problem, (though not as bad) if I had "Highlighting Enemy and Enemy Corpses" loaded after any face altering mods, as evident with the post I made which you can still see in the top of the recent comments. (I'm xanirus there.)

Simply making that mod load before it fixed it, if resetting via Faceripper as JH mentioned doesn't already work. (Face Ripper can reset a face if you made any alterations with the SLM command, and should reset the face to whatever mod changes it.)

Are you using a mod that changes Pipers appearance and then trying to SLM over those changes? The mod might be doing something to Piper in order to make her look a certain way, and by editing her with SLM the game is updating her data and getting confused by the changes the mod makes. If Sarath's method doesn't work trying disabling whatever Piper appearance mod you are using and then SLM her again to the looksmenu preset you want. I'm not sure that would work though as the "damage" to her entity might already be locked in.

I think the issue was as Astasia suggested. I recently deleted some obsolete mods I had used for past save games. There was a Piper mod that wasn't intalled through my mod manager, but the .esp was apparently still active in my load order. Reinstalling the mod fixed it. Thanks for the help everyone! I was afraid I would have to consult the Creation Kit to fix this.

How did you figured out the .esp was still active?

I checked the plugins tab in Nexus Mod Manager and it was checked even though the mod wasn't installed at the time. I think you can check in one of the in-game menus too.
