Diamond City Blues glitch?

Got to the point in the quest where I have to ambush the meet with Paul, but when I try and kill them Trish just sits on the floor instead of dying and I can't talk to Paul after the fight. Glitch or have I done something wrong?

Thats the first thing I checked but I can't even talk to Trish or Paul. Like I said, she just sits there

This quest is broken beyond belief, in my game I went with cook and then I killed both the dealers and him. Paul comes along an hour later and stares at Trish's corpse with no option to talk to him. When you try the camera jumps to Trish's corpse (which is slightly hilarious as it's slowly drifting away to the ocean). I'm reading up on this too, and it seems like there are more ways to break this quest than to actually compleate it. The fact that Bethesda did not fix this so long after release is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shameful.

EDIT UPDATE:

Guess what killing Paul does... the quest marker leads to his corpse... He's joining Trish in the ocean. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hell Bethesda, this is beond stupid.
