Blueprints ?? How Do you Use Them ?

Hello, I'm seeing a lot of blueprints showing up on nexus , I get the baiscs behind blueprints but how do you use them in game ? ,..
If you find one you like and doesnt require a dlc you dont have ,
Do you need to a program or another mod to have them work in game ? ..
Or can you just download them like you would a normal mod ?

If you mean like the settlement sharing thing, where people upload and share a copy of a settlement for you to download, that's a mod. I don't remember what it's called, I don't use it.

Ahh ok so you need a mod to enable the sharing thing, ahh ok, thanks , I wont be using it either, Im not sure about that, just wanted to know how you use them in game , Thanks !
