My main problem was it lacked the feeling of fallout, the cripple system was nerfed ( limbs auto healed after battle ) weapon modding ( I guess I like things being simple ), infinite quest loops, and the armor system ( like putting on a glove strips you to your underwear ) despite all that I think I might have bias and want to give it another chance.

Getting banned from Nexus seems to create that unfortunate side effect - authors abandoning their mods. Theres a later version 1.7 floating around on a Japanese site that's dated for 1/17/2017. Here's the link in case you want to check it out:
