looking for a mods to make fallout 4 more like fallout!
Looking for a mods to make the game less crappy and more like fallout 1-NV skill and weapon wise, everything about 4 is kind of bad when compared to other fallout games, story, leveling up, skills, guns, vats so was looking for something to chang some things around and make the game more fun and less drab.

You want a mod that makes FO4 into an isometric game? Sure. Do you want fries with that?

no I want a mods that make it more like fallout and less not like fallout, like it is right now

Then neither fallout 3 or new vegas are fallout games by your definition.
What you want is a topdown, 2d, rpg game with lots of decisions, text dialogue, prostitution, child killing, and hookers.

Pretty sure there aren't mods like that.

Have you played Fallout 1?
2?
Tactics?
I don't think so, don't expect any mods to make fallout more like fallout unless It's like those, because that's the purest and corest form of it that you'll get.

Or maybe you wanted mods to make it more like that horrible excuse of a fallout game that's New Vegas, if that's the case, then get off your lazy bum and search the nexus:

We have a few of those here. They happen to be rather active posters.

Here's a few overhaul mods:

War Never Changes
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/19642/?
Its major feature is that it overhauls the perk tree, also makes changes to many aspects of the game.

Frost
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/18898/?
Moves the game to an earlier point in time, so different factions, more radiation. Adds new areas. You're expected to wear a gas mask when traveling outside in order to deal with the rads. Items are harder to find. Tougher fights. Everything is supposed to be more difficult.

Horizon
http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/17374/?
Claims to rebalance the game. Leveling is slower but you get more perk points. Health and damage is changed. Adjustments to Survival's Needs system. New crafting in settlements. Makes changes to pretty much everything.

Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics all used an isometric perspective, not a topdown one. There isn't a mod for that as far as I'm aware, but I do believe there are ones for making children as vulnerable to damage as anyone else, and I would be very surprised if there aren't any for prostitution or hookers as well, since half the mods around seem to at least make characters look more like that. I've also certainly heard of mods to add extra decision options, and to disable voices.

Turning the game isometric is pretty much the only one that seems unlikely.

weather the game is top down in first persion doesn't matter fallout 1-tactics plays alot like 3 and new vegas minus the fact 3 and NV are in first persion, the skills and perks stats are all still there, fallout 4 throws 90% of that away (also 99% of the lore and story) and it sucks balls, get it now?

Can confirm that Killable Children and Prostitutes of the Commonwealth are both mods available on the Nexus. (For what it's worth.) The latter uses edited in-game dialogue well and places the services in logical locations.
Personally, I prefer the newer VATS system which only slows time instead of freezing it.
As to story...well, I haven't seen any good total conversion mods yet, but there arte some better options mentioned above for better game balance.
EDIT: that bleeped word is the polite way of saying hookers. Why that is censored, but not hookers, idk...

Wow. So basically you are saying:

Fallout 3 is Lore friendly and Fallout 4 is not.

Fallout 3 has RPG (skills, perks, stats) like Fallout 1,2&...tactics? and Fallout 3's RPG elements are better than 4 because 4 does not have 90% of that... What does it not have that 3 does other than armor and weapon condition? Oh, and a level cap. 3 had a had cap of 20 vanilla or 30 with Anchorage.

Fallout 4 throws away 99% of the Lore that Fallout 3 had. AND Fallout 3's lore is the same as Fallout 1,2 & tactics.

That's uhhh... that's gotta be the first time I read that and it's not trolling.

Wow.

4 does not have skills or perks, 4 does not have a fun dialgo system, many of the weapons and power armor is not lore friendly (actully its not power armor its exo suits with metal plates over them, power armor are sets of armor, you cant rip off the plates and put new ones on) there are many blance issues with the guns, you can beat the whole game with a double shot full auto piple pistole as it deals more damage than a gass rile, much of the lore with the brotherhood and the commonwealth is crazy wrong (in 3 the faction of the brotherhood you deal with is stockpiling plasma weapons and advanced power armor mk2 [the x-02] and it was also stated in 3 by someone from the institute that they rule there, use the robots as slaves but not only that but ALL of the commonwealth is full of tech filled citys and its almost brand new, in 4 its a pile of ♥♥♥♥ and the institute is in hiding) the only thing fallout 4 has in common with the others is the game and the special stats. in other fallouts you had to really pick your perks carefully and focus what kind of character you wanted to make, in for you just keep leveling endlessly picking perk after perk untill you have maxed yourself out witch is rather easy regardless of diffculty, at the start of the game its trick but only because you can only buff one thing at a time per level but at one point the game brakes, on top of that the story is just trash, there is only one ending with slightly differnt words swaped around and lastly there is no choice invloved, there is no wiggle room in the way you do things. i could fill a book with how not fallout fallout 4 ant nobody got time for that.

One thing I could never understand is the people who find the fallout 4 story lacking (your son is kidnapped, you go find him and get caught up in a four way struggle for control of the Commomwealth) and fallout 3 story was great (your dad runs off you go looking for him and get caught up in a power struggle for a water plant) or Fallout NV (You get shot while being a mailman and go looking for the guy who shot you and get caught up in a power struggle for a dam)

All are unremarkable (FYI: I very much enjoy all the games a lot but am not scared to point out things I find lacking)
