That being said Rez posted the exact mod I was referring to. It does add quite a few assets to choose from.
I think 2nd best option for visual appeal would be this in my opinion, but it's very very military. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/16587/? and isn't exactly armor. But darn cool.
That being said the one Rez posted I only used afew pieces from it, and combined it mostly with existing game assets, that is what is nice about it. Different enough but blends well with existing clothing/gear.

But all kidding aside, your best bet would be to surf the "Armor" category on Nexus. it's a sure bet you'll find what you're looking for there. I'd also consider using the game's individual pieces on top of some kind of under armor since they're not revealing at all. The under armor could be any mod of your choice.
Not sure of the name but is from the Merc pack. If I had to guess b-90, you can craft it at an armorsmith station.
