ship/boat icon at workbench
hey all... can't figure out what looks like a ship or boat icon upper right corner of a component at workbenches... any ideas?

They usually show to which DLC they belong. The boat should be Far Harbour DLC.

OK, that's the only DLC I've installed; does that mean I've got access to some component at the workbench that I wouldn't otherwise have?

Exactly. All DLCs install additional items to the Work Shop. Some of these even only become available after you've progressed far enough into the story around the DLC.

If you like settlement building then you should get the Season Pass next (best when it's on sale).
