can't craft advanced hybrid weave mk5

I'm wondering if someone can help me with this? I have met both perk requirements and I have all of the materials but the game wont let me craft it. Can someone help me out with this?

The Advanced Hybrid Weave Mk5 requires 4 perks, NOT just the 2 shown. The reason you don't see all 4 is because the damned window isn't big enough to display them.

Here are the requirements:

Armorer lvl 4
Science lvl 2
Medic lvl 2
Chemist lvl 2

Pro tip: LEARN to use FO4Edit and you can find out all this good stuff for yourself.

I did, he has not responded yet. I was checking to see if anyone had any issue. I had found out that you also need medic and chemist as well but in game it doesn't specify what level you need to be at. Is there a way to find out the requirements?

it works ONLY if u go through EACH level of the perk, in other words if u want level 4 Gun Nut you MUST type in each id# of the perk for all 4 levels
