Issue with falling in 3rd person causing graphic glitch and audio to cut out
Re-downloaded fallout 4 to start a melee run. Downloaded and installed all of the DLC as well as the high res texture pack. I then installed NMM and a few of the top mods that everyone seems to use. Map, FO4 Unofficial patch, etc.

About 4 hours into the game currently, and now randomly when my character falls in 3rd person, my screen will start to lag out and i will get an image of my character falling then solid colors. I can hear my charcter and hear him move around without an issue, meanwhile the game does not crash. If I pull up the pip boy the visual error fixes itself, but then the sound goes out. I have to restart the game to get sound back and if I fall or jump off something it doesn't always reproduce itself. I have no idea what's causing this.

So far, I have removed all mods, uninstalled NMM, turned off the high res texture pack, verified game integrity all which have not solved the issue.

My PC is new, i7-7700k CPU overcolocked at 4.20 ghz, 16 gigs of ram, EVGA 1070, running on windows 10.

Windows is up to date, all drivers are installed and working correctly, graphics card drivesr are up to date. The game is running flawlessly and performance wise barely making a dent on CPU and GPU usage while in game.

None of my other games are having any issues such as Rainbow six siege, overwatch, h1z1, prey, etc.

Only thing left is to uninstall and reinstall the game, which I can do but will not be downloading the high res texture pack again for 50 gigs since it doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

I could live playing without mods, but clearly the mods are not causing this. Any insight would be helpful. I have not been able to find a single thing on google or forums regarding this issue at all.

Save files affected by mods, tend to stay affected, Your best bet is to start new. See if the 3rd person animation thing is still there.
