Console Commands broke
I tried pressing `, I tried starting a new file, I even tried resetting controls to default. I have no idea what's going on

You press the TILDE key ~ for the console.

I did. The ` key and the ~ key are one in the same. I pressed it, no console showed up

goto ............Users/YourUserName/Documents/my games/Fallout4/

Open the Fallout4.ini and the Fallout4Custom.ini files and make sure you have this setting in both files:

[General]
bAllowConsole=1

Are you playing Survival mode? Console is disabled in survival.
