Report a translation problem
2. Launch the game using the default STEAM launcher, let it auto-detect if necessary, get to the main menu and just exit to desktop. No need to load a save. This will update the game's registry entries - NMM needs these.
3. Launch NMM and have it rescan your games. Click the green checks for the games it finds and the red "X" for the games you don't have. Click "OK" when the button becomes available. Try it now and if you still have the problem, goto Step 4.
4. If all else fails, delete all the ini files in /Documents/my games/Fallout4/ and repeat Step 2, then goto Step 5
5. Edit your ini as per http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_Installation
See if that makes a difference.
