NMM wont start on Fallout[Solved]

I recently started playing Fallout 4 again, with all my mods still working which have been installed some months back. The game is running absolutly fine, but whenever I start the Nexus Mod Manager the "loading bar"(the nexus logo) stopps after about a fifth of the way. I tried running it as an administrator but that didnt help. However the weirdest thing is that NMM works perfectly with Skyrim and Skyrim SE and all other Nexus-supported Games that I own. I would love to hear any Ideas about how to maybe fix this as the last time I reinstalled NMM I had major problems ingame and "in-manager". Thank you in advance !

1. make sure you're using NMM ver 0.63.14. If not, update it.

2. Launch the game using the default STEAM launcher, let it auto-detect if necessary, get to the main menu and just exit to desktop. No need to load a save. This will update the game's registry entries - NMM needs these.

3. Launch NMM and have it rescan your games. Click the green checks for the games it finds and the red "X" for the games you don't have. Click "OK" when the button becomes available. Try it now and if you still have the problem, goto Step 4.

4. If all else fails, delete all the ini files in /Documents/my games/Fallout4/ and repeat Step 2, then goto Step 5

5. Edit your ini as per http://wiki.tesnexus.com/index.php/Fallout_4_Mod_Installation

See if that makes a difference.

I would recomend reinstalling nexus if its been months as you say

Thank you for this in-depth Turorial for this and also for the video, but sadly the problem stays the same :/ I also watched Gophers video and added another line which I didnt have to the Fallout4Prefs.ini after I tried your soulution, but still nothing changed. I guess I have to reinstall NexusMM. Thank you for your help though !

Yes, the complete reinstall fixed it, though I have to now download every single mod again :/ Could be worse I guess :) Thanks for your help !
