where i can find my outfit mods...

as the title say
i already install some outfit mods
but i dont know where to find it
i check my pipboy inv apparel menu didnt add up anything new

i can change my bodyshape and vanila outfit just fine...

plis sir if anyone can enlight me @_@

It depends on the outfit mod. Check the description of the outfit mod you downloaded either on http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/? or https://bethesda.net/en/mods/fallout4.

Some outfits need console commands to generate, some are in the game world but a good bunch of them are craftable in either the armorsmith workbench or the chemistry station.
