I'm taking damage for no (known) reason?

(before you ask, I own the game on the PS4)
Maybe it's where I am. (Corvega Assembly Plant.) But I seem to be taking damage, and it isn't rads. (I already took a radaway.) It certaintly isn't any effects, for nothing shows up, besides some food I ate much earlier and the radaway I took. Any explanations?

Oh, to add, I did drink from an irradiated water fountain, but I already took a radaway.

It's likely a bug, I've heard of it before. Saddly you can't reset your character on PS4. You may have to load an earlier save.

If you're on survival, it is possible that you are over-encumbered, or have some form of illness, check your PipBoy.

Double check your rads, or any potential nearby source of radiation damage. Corvega has links to the Automatron DLC iirc (been a while since I did the story), there maybe potential "natural" hazards in the area.

Are you playing on Survival? In that case you could simply be overloaded or have an infection.

Yea, it's a hang over from damage over time effect, it was suppose to be fixed a while back, but sometimes can get in a situation that can cause it to happen still.

Could it be a clipped enemy? any attack sounds?

Well you are on a PS4, the problem was fixed for PCs, so people here have nothing to help you, maybe try a PS4 forum
