Edit: nvm, was a sykrim mod. Makes sense now i think about it.
Peronsally, I've been doing a playthrough with the Pilgrim ENB and have every HUD element hidden and it's been an awesome experience. You're more reliant on your Pip to navigate and monitor your vitals, but the immerision is amazing.
You can use the console (~ by default) to set your FOV with the command "fov __" where __ is the number you want. 85 or 90 is my sweetspot on a 1080p monitor.
If you're in Survival and can't activate the console (though there's a mod for that and I recommend it, if only to have the console to fix things that will inevitably bork up) then put this in your Fallout4.ini in My Documents > Games > Fallout:
Under [Display]
fDefaultWorldFOV=90
fDefault1stPersonFOV=90
Note that I think it might take a new game to take effect.
These things should mostly remedy the awful intial feel of the HUD and inventory systems as a lazy console port thing.

I took a rough look on the top files on nexus and didnt see one hudmod under the top 25 (which is really strange - seems there is really players that dont have problems with the most horrible default hud ever designed), thats why i came here to ask
