Can't find Doc Crocker, and Surgery Cellar is always locked

Please help, I'm unhappy with the way my character looks but I cant find the doctor anywhere or how to get into the cellar.

You should be able to set up a surgeon chair at any settlement of yours, assign a settler to it, and get a facial make-over.

I haven't done his quest yet, I'm fairly new to the game, so I haven't done much quests. He just up and disappeared.

He is part of a quest around there. If you triggered it then it'll be too late already.

Just set up a surgeon chair at a settlement. I bet your face isn't that ugly. Or is it an emergency situation kind of face?

My face turned orange after I went into a quest area that was made my mods.

I've figured it out! :) I had talked to him recently and he said I should "See Doc Crocker about Facial Reconstruction" quests in the miscellanious of quests. Thank you for the help sdack

Also my dumb butt was going in through the cellar and not the door in front of it. Sorry for wasting your time
