Why are there tire tracks in the mud

Here we have a set of tire tracks roughly matching a semi truck's treads, with a semi-truck just slightly passed the tracks themselves near sunshine Tidings co-op, these tracks are in the mud and the mud is still wet. Now I remember seeing at one point a trailer long ago of a humvee with the Brotherhood logo on it as it made it's way to Chicago. So what I'm wondering is, who has the car, why don't we see them, and just general confusion all around. Thank you for your time.

Upon further investigation, they are the same type of tread that is on the tire in the mud, but that tire is far to small. Perhaps it was the semi truck? Parked up high, then it came loose? The tires are too narrow on the truck and they're duallies, so there should be two tiretracks per groove. Also, the tires on the semi truck have the wrong type of tread.

Naw. These tracks are not covered by sediment and preserved for the ages. They are on top of the mud, thus recent. The next rainstorm will wash them away.
