Nuka World Raider Take Over Question (Possible Spoilers)

I have Graygarden as my one hub for my supply line robots. If I give this settlement to the Raiders will that break every supply line I have?

If so then is there a settlement the Raiders won't want that I can make as a hub so the lines won't break? Thanks!

The castle, mechanist lair and vault 88 are places unavailable for take over by the nuka world raiders.

Thanks! Esh I may need to go back lots of saves and discover the settlements myself, without Preston so I don't have settlers there. If I have to give up Graygarden every single supply line is broken since they all come out of there as robots. The Castle already has 22 there so I have no room for other settlers. I haven't done Vault 88 quest yet but at best I am still tied to 22 there as well. Most of my settlements are maxed out. :( I knew I should have tackled Nuka World earlier :)
