difficulty level

Is it just me, or the challenges are just crazy hard to achieve?
I thought having some background with programming would make it easy on me, but ended up suprised.
Anyone else here suprised by this criteria? Cause I became so discouraged of my programming skills after getting my hands on with that

I'm referring to the criteria challenges specifically, just breezing through the game isn't too hard

I've just didn't bother with the challenges later on. I couldn't find ways to optimize it further or shorter.
