Bugs, Crashes and Problems

1) If you have a crash, bug or some problem, there what you can do:
- find our support utility STEAM FOLDER\steamapps\common\Football Tactics\config.exe
- press Troubleshooting
- press Generate report
- send it to me on kos @ creoteam . com
- describe please the bug in the letter

2) If the game crashes at the start of the match, it's probably because you are playing on a laptop with integrated and dedicated (Nvidia) video adapters. Your system might automatically run the game on the integrated video adapter instead of using an Nvidia card. Try the following:
- Right Click on the Desktop
- NVidia Control Panel

Alternatively, you can find a way to change what video adapter launches the game in the Windows Graphics settings. There, in Method 5, you can see how to make the changes: https://techcult.com/how-to-force-windows-to-use-dedicated-graphics/

3) If you have a strange situation in the match (for example, AI makes something really weird), it would be helpful if after the match you quit the game, generate the report (as described above) and send it to me. After every match, we save the game log. The report contains this game log. And so we will be able to "see" what actually happened.

(Google might block sending the file, therefore it's better if you send a Dropbox or Google Drive link to it).

--> If you have a 32-bit system, you can play FTG in a separate branch:
1) In your Steam library press the right mouse button on Football, Tactics & Glory
2) Click Properties
3) Beta versions
4) In the list, choose the option "32-bit"

--> Sometimes players have restricted right on writing to the Documents folder (where we store the save file). It affects the game to crash on attempts to save the game. Check out, please, if you have full access to your Documents folder.

--> Sometimes the game doesn't start if Steam.exe has enabled the compatibility option. Disable it, restart Steam and try launching the game again.

After a free kick of my opponent 3 of his players came together on 1 square. My defender tackled them and then there were 2 balls and 3 players - 1 of mine and 2 of the opponent - on that square.

Although it was still my turn my player couldn't move and when I pressed 'end turn', the game crashed.

i always get steam api failed to initialize when i try to start the game

The game crashed in the exp screen. When i start the game i am in the exp screen again but i can`t do anything withouth the game crashing again. The exp counts up for the players then the game crashes.
I am not very far into the campagn and i don`t mind restarting, where can i delete my progress so i can start over again and therefor play again.

Or you can delete the save files there
c:\Users\NAME\Documents\Creoteam\Football Tactics\saveGame\

Central midfielder got a red card, but remains on the field and remains playable. After the game the suspension is reduced by one (three games to two), so either the injury bug of changing durations applies here as well, or the game assumes the game in which he is suspended counts as well.

Just had a game where I equalised with what was supposed to be the last turn, but the opposition got to kick off again. They went down the field and scored to make it 3-2, or so I thought. On the post game screen it read 2-2, and on the calendar it also read 2-2.

So it worked out right in the end, but in game there was a phantom extra three actions and a phantom goal.

When I try to upgrade a player skill, the window that appears freezes. I cannot accept or cancel. Can go back with esc key, but when I go back to the team page, the window is still there.

Tried on windows and full screen mode.

Can't understand what version do you use. Steam doesn't show you have Football Tactics. This problem was in the old demo version

Have you downloaded it from Steam recently? Or from other source?
