Apperantly like you said it is a "human error"..
Just so you know you CAN play bloodborne "on PC" without having to buy a console. If you only have a Xbox Gamepad you actually can not do gestures and there is an item I could not get because of that, not sure if they fixed that. You can probably emulate a DS4 controller but the items was not really important. Perfectly playable with Xbox 360 pad.
Of course a remake with next-gen graphics and 60FPS would be awesome. But I would need a new PC for that, its about time for one anyway.
Yes, 5 Mbps minimum speed requirement.
This guy from 4 months ago seems to be saying that you specifically have to buy the DLCs to have access to them on PSNOW. I did not do that so I played only the base game. So no, its does not "come with" but you can play the DLCs.

Ps4 sold a decent amount from bloodborne alone. If FromSoftware got sole rights to it (like demon's souls) no money would go to Sony and it would all go to FromSoftware/PC retailer.
They're gonna hold on to them because people will likely buy the consoles.
Which is to say, they started charging people for using PSN. Sure, it gets more money, and also pushes more users to PC as well. In fact, that was the gen when I switched to PC.
And now they've decided to double, triple, and quadruple down on a dying breed of consoles.
Sony sees the numbers and they know people will buy regardless. Makes them money and the consumer(majority anyways) don't really care. Its internet outrage that holds no weight.
