first boss stupid hard or is it just me?

And before anyone says, I solo'd dark souls 2's every boss, so I'm not wet behind the ears as far as the series goes. Its once the 2nd phase kicks in lol. I'm a deprived and its handing my ass to me :(

Throw away your shield and keep rolling and attack once then get back to rolling.

Early Dark 1 bosses are stupid easy...?

Took me two tries. He's definitely difficult for a first "tutorial" boss, but he doesn't have enough HP to be considered too hard. A good learning experiience.

Been stuck at the Undead Keep for past 2 hours.
I cannot figure out where to go..

This boss is easy.

All you have to do is keep an eye on this guy, and as soon as he looks like he's going to do something, you just sort of run at him and roll.

Just keep rolling, and wait for an opening. Strike once or twice, then get out. Do this about ten times and you'll take him down.

If you're paying attention, and not panicking, you'll learn his move set pretty quickly. Once you've got his move set figured out, it's game over for him.

sorc.... i cant beat him either :) feel ya, corse cant get my dam controllers working either so im stuck with a janky k&m that wont tell me half the commands. sure that does not help. i got really close to killing him a few times, last time i ran out of mana... stupid k&m config while shuffling for mana flask i died... lol
