Fair warning - Unscaled phantoms

Since there is a lot of glitch using un-scaled phantom summons and the trend is growing, we have no choice but to block those who abuse this glitch.

I speak on behalf of myself and "my group" of 12 regular DS3 players but I urge every active online player to do the same. FromSoft might not be interested in punishing glitch abusers, but the users have a pretty powerful tool in the block function. Use it!

It is a fairly good clue when you deal ~40-50 damage to the phantom you're attacking and they hit you back for 700. Besides, how to use the glitch is not a well kept secret. It's been known for a while. Since last weekend the use of this glitch has skyrocketed to the point where it's pointless to invade.

My last invasion, about 10 minutes ago;

Me: SL34+3

Host: SL47+3

Phantom 1: SL59+4

Phantom 2: SL224+10

Phantom 3: SL79+10

The data is collected with PvP Watchdog.

At least one of the phantoms were un-scaled but most likely all of them. Now I understand that some people find invaders and twink invaders annoying, but it does not excuse this glitch behavior. There are simple means to avoid getting invaded in this game, cheating is not one of them.

This group had been really hard, if not impossible, to beat even if they had been properly scaled down.

Ganks every 3-4 invasion is normal and welcome. Glitch ganks, however, is not acceptable. I block the host and all white/yellow participants of this practice without a second thought.

Do not get mistaken , there is an error I saw when purples get summoned to a much higher lvl host , I saw lvl 30 purples invade my lvl 382 char for some reason.

phantoms downscaling is there for a reason. When someone who is very high lvl join low lvl host, he can then 1 or 2 shot bosses. It makes game too easy.

And? Wasn't really debating that. Just that there are definitely some people who immediately scream 'SL802phantom WAAAAAH!!!' despite the fact that no glitch has occured.

Not even a legit complaint so long as the phantom(s) is/are scaled with the host. But yeah, you're right about people complaining about passworded phantoms. Honestly they still annoy me sometimes.
