R1, R2 are both parriable since its a one handed weapon, and for the L1, dodge
I know, I kinda mentioned that. Thing is only attack anyone really uses is L1, so no point really going for the parry. Though I will say that dodging the first L1 can be annoying if you're close up, because of the stagger before the hit comes out keeps you stunlocked. Not like it matters since my favourite method of fighting it is the space launch.
On the Ringed Knight paired UGS? Because I don't think I've seen or heard of that before.
At close range it is not parriable because you have to dodge and will not have time afterwards, so you would not see that much.
