Nah, crawling Pygmy Lord at Ringed City is best NPC. I bet most people don't even know the secret if you follow him as he makes his way to Filianore.

Also strange change of topic for this thread. Let's talk more sourly about the troll wannabes.

Ok, why do people wear the thrall hood? It doesn't seem special in any way to me.

None of the armor is all that special, really, except the armor of the thorns.

Well I mean the dusk crown enhances sorceries. And that mask thing from the ringed city enhances dark stuff. Shiaras crown looks kinda cool and lets you see the face you worked on for 2 hours during the game. Then there's just all the headgear that looks cool.

And then there's this little ugly hood with two eyeholes in it. And when you wear it, it looks like someone smashed your head into your body. Why do people like this?

It's used to shame prisoners and as you are going through the game, you are creating a whole new person with a whole new story. I find unique aspects to allow unique role play, even if the player doesn't acknowledge it.

Most probably wear it since it's Fighter P.L's thing. And he's a massive troll and great at PvP. Maybe they think if they wear the hood magic PvP skill will be given to them?

Okay, I get roleplay and all. Still, why so many people? And why mostly invaders? Does everyone just like pretending that their guy is a petty thief who became a lord of cinder, for ironic purposes?

"Hood used to cover the head of lesser folk who were set to work as slaves throughout Lothric.
Also occasionally used to shame and humiliate criminals."

Pretty sad tbh.
