Arch Deacon staff. But even then the court sorcerer staff beats it if you have 60 in int instead of faith. Wiki says that the Arch Deacon staff only starts winning in damage when you reach 90 faith vs the 90 int.
I love Dark Magic over sorcery and pyromancy. 45 fth and int with the Izalith Staff and a Dark infused Longsword.
For PVP, I highly recommend soul mass, great farron dart, heavy soul arrow, crystal soul spear (punishes + sniping), soul greatsword, and farron hail. With the murky staff you can use dark magic very well and all of the dregs spells work well, and dark edge is a good roll catcher.
Soul mass is the second best spell in the game, with fire surge at first and lightning arrow at third.
Yeah the odd start out slow then move fast spell speed tends to mindf*ck some players that I run into.
don't know of this counts, but dorothys knawing seems to destroy people in PvP. Due to its rotating movement pattern, high tracking, and multiple hit frames combined with slow speed, makes it very difficult to avoid. Also it pretty much insta-bleeds anyone who take a direct hit.
I believe you too. Dark miracles are just as good as Dark sorceries. Of course the best catalyst for them is either Caitha's Chime or Sunless Talisman.
Word of advice DO NOT try to dodge through dorothys knawing. It will still hit you. You have to avoid it entirely, or risk blocking it. Blocking will still build up some bleed though.
A drawback to Dorhy's Gnawing is it does kinda have a slow cast time.
Yep. No good for intense skirmishing, but excellent if you have backup, such as a phantom nearby to keep the invader occupied for a sec while you cast.
What a friend and myself did to invader was absolutely comical. My friend would cast Sunlight Spear/arrow right as the invader would get exhausted by my Great Soul Dregs attack and said invader would get smacked right in the face with my friends miracle or he misjudges the speed of the Soul Dregs and gets smacked with it or both spells hit the invader. And believe me I get salt every now and then for this.
lol f#ck em, they came in without permission. No mercy.
It's usually the your trash at the game/stop spell spamming noob lel.
Hey not my fault you can't dodge worth sh*t.
