Bans for importing save games?

Hi.
I've finished this game on PS4 without online (just borrowed PS4 so no PS Gold or how it was called).

Got game on STEAM, totally not interested and bored with this game PvE, wouldn't be able to play 5 minutes of it without getting accidental nap. Don't want to spent any more minute of my life in this dissapointing, linear as - PvE.

I only want to try PvP in this game, so I'm thinking about getting "mule" PvP save with every item at start.

So, the question is - will I be banned for importing save to this game?

I've heard this game is very ban sensitive, heard that it's even more horny than Dark Souls 2 (where luckily I've imported "mule" saves without ban), so don't want to f@ck it up.

Does anyone imported save from nexusmods without getting banned?
If no ban, please for working link ok?

My dude, when I say ps4 save wouldn't load, I am saying this from experience in trying to load saves from different steam accounts. This includes nexus saves. Get playin', my dude.

Just dunno if me banned, searching for someone who tried it.

Most likely. Save editing is tricky business.
If you do end up trying it, stick to spells, armour, weapons, consumables, and rings.
You'll be banned if you cheat in gems, titanite, or gestures.

The game reach for souls earned=spend and stuff consumed=earned, those things have to match, if they dont, u can get, either softbanned or a permanent ban, so, if you use a savegame from someone u dont know, there is always a risk that they used a trainer or a cheat to get either souls or anything else, too much risk....

Just use the Nexus file that is up atm. Its a character with all items including all DLC. Or you know.... you can git gud and just play the game you ♥♥♥♥.

According to some people you won't be banned if you follow the steps correctly, like mentioned in the comments:

one guy used it to transfer to his account a character that he played with on one of his friends' account. it worked, but he got banned.
