It's DS3 for sure. In Bloodborne you've got that crutch feature where you recover health by attacking right after you lose health. Makes up for the lack of defense. Nothing like that in DS3 so if you get smacked (and you will get smacked) you better learn to roll away or put your shield up.

I found regular game in BB easier than DS3. DLCs kinda on same difficulty. But if you'll do some level 1 no upgrades run, BB would be harder, especially chalices (loran darkbeast and pthumerian descendant...)

may as well state my own opinion

Bloodborne so far due to larger enemy healthpools and more one-shot capabilities, though the crutches of rallying and relatively easy parrys helps.
