Any suggestions for a good Fist Build?

I was thinking about going Heavy Ceastus, with Demon Fists. Having high vigor + strength to power my way through multiple NG's but I would like to hear what you guys think is better for a fist build.

Except that the current caestus moveset is just much better than the stupid spin it had back in das2. Excluding the rollpunch glitch.

Fth has access to almost all dmg types so its better, you can just equip the appropriate spell for each boss. The good body buffs are fth stuff too, even tho carthus beacon is decent. Maybe get a bit of int for that (and carthus flame arc), frozen weapon/frostbite is like a tactical nuke against certain bosses too. Become a swiss army knife.

Using the caestus weapon skills gives you poise to power through smaller swords and ♥♥♥♥ so you can just L1 spam if that catches them off guard, or you can parry with them in the offhand. if its your main get a lot of stamina. idk about infusions, could do quality 40/40 or go for strength but i think buffs are the way to go to get good damage. the demon's fist definitely need either strength or quality with a smaller amount of int/faith to scale, and you can use pyromancy if you have enough faith for surprise black serpent or something (cuz I have trouble fighting competent people with fists alone lol) and again get a bunch of stamina for all the rolling and fisting (lol)
