Put your Blue Sentinel or Blade of the Darkmoon covenant item on. Then, wait for some Dark Wraith to make an invasion. You'll get summoned, kill the invader, and you'll get your Proof of Concord Kept.

Otherwise, you can replay the game over and over to loot them from Irythill.

Yea I know but I want to know how i get Proof of Concord WELL kept. That usable item which gives you 2 Concords

Guggled it, you need to murder an invader with a lot of Sin.

Odd... Can´t seem to find any info on how sins are calculated in DS3...

The wiki says "Aquired by defeating an invader who has sinned".

By someone who SINNED it basically means that a player killed an NPC that is supposed to be an ally.

If the invader is a sinner you get the proof of concord well kept,
and by sinner I mean someone who has sinned against a god,
sinned like... eating a god.
Simply put, kill an invading spirit that is an Aldrich Faithful :)

You dont get anything for killing faithfuls or watchdogs

Blades of the Darkmoon get Proof of a Concord Well Kept if they kill an Aldrich Faithful.

Regular Blue Sentinels do not get Proof of Concord Well Kepts.

Maybe with the new dlc we will get the blue orb? Who knows...

You get them the same way you get the regular proofs. They're just a rare drop. You can also get them from silver knights. Best place to farm is Aldrich bonfire.

Put on Darkmoon covenant item on and farm silver knights in Anor Londo. If you actually get summoned you can get it by defeating invaders, but it is very unreliable and you will end up getting most of them via regular farming anyway.
