How many estus flasks can you get from a single playthough?

Just finished the game except for the ringed city DLC.

I currently have 14 estus flasks. 15 is the total, so I guess I am missing one.

However, when watching guides/youtube videos etc, the total number of estus shard locations is 11.

Are there two duplicate estus shards, or what?

You start with 3 estus. You get number 4 when you pick up the ashen flask. Then there are 11 more estus shards in the game.

1. The one in firelink shrine
2. The one in demon ruins
3. The one in the mimic in profaned capital
4. The one in the regular chest in anor londo right before the boss fight.

Just found it right now, it was the demon ruins one, pretty cancerous place tbh.
