On the map Washington has the same $ (BANK) symbol as New York. But while I have already used the bank in New York, I do not see any clickable structure in Washington that has BANK as name. Where is the Washington bank?

My game started lagging hard while in station. I would click on a building, character, market, depot, doesnt matter, and the game will freeze up for up to 10 seconds before progressing. I updated my drivers, restarted the computer, vertifed cache, the works. issue is still there. I played up to the private detective in the main campaign without problems....

I used to love this game. It was one of my favorites. But I guess I got lucky on my first time playing. Because I got a new computer and lost my save, so I chose to start over. I have yet to start a game that let's me get very far in the beginning. I keep getting stuck in a city because there will be bandits or indians in my route.
