Have you changed the aspect ration in-game to 21:9 too?
Would it be possible to please share a screenshot of how the game displays for you so we can take a look?

Image is 16:9 strached to 21:9, on EVERY SINGLE SETTING.
-setting "Stretching=0" in ini does nothing
-manual changes in ini = nothing
-changing dpi scaling in exe does nothing
Yes like I said, I set the in game resolution to 3440*1440 (21:9). The images are 16:9 stretched horizontally to fit a 21:9 screen when I use fullscreen mode.
U have to manually remove resolutions higher than ur native one.
