is the DLC worth to buy?

hi, im new to the game, i just bought the base game yesterday, i planned to finish the game since i love the vibes of the game, and if so what should i expect in the DLC? is it more quest and expanded storyline? should i finish the base game first before play the DLC? thank you

see if you like the base game first, the dlc adds post game content.

The base game does not finish the story it leaves it at a cliffhanger ending, you have to get the dlc to actually get to the final ending. The only way to play the dlc is to finish the base game ending before you can play the dlc as it continues where the story left off.

ok thank you, thats very interesting. even though some of the puzzle seems a bit difficult i still enjoy the game, this is like playing Ys series and those early 2000s JRPG, i like the vibes a lot
