Game window keeps flashing in fullscreen on Windows 11

I dunno what causes it, but it only happens on certain screens, like the hideout in the intro, and the First Scholar's HQ during the quiz.
Anyone know a fix for this?

I use fullscreen and have windows 11 and dont notice any flashing.... currently replaying it again and am at Gaia's Garden at this point and not noticing anything wrong... I know its not really helpful but maybe its another reason behind it than that combination....

No, I think that's pretty helpful, actually. I must have some sort of background program that's running that causes it. I'll look into it a bit more now. Thanks.

Yeah, that seems like it. It's like a window popping up, but only for a single frame. It seems to activate randomly, and it gets worse/more frequent when I go into certain areas. That's why I thought at first it was about the particle overlays, but turning those off didn't help.

No, I never did. I just kept playing through it, because it didn't bother me much during combat.
