Rippp-oooooff!!!- I've got the coffee pot on right now for cheaper!!! : D
When Gabe allows cash out of Steam Wallet funds made from the market sales maybe I'll start buying Starbucks? lol Gabe can seem to afford it in bottles even?
Look at the forums. Not a single post from anybody complaining that they didn't get what they were expecting for their 2 quid. I, and I'm sure I'm not alone, resent the implication that anyone buying this is a moron who doesn't know any better - I knew exactly what I was paying for, and got exactly what I expected.
The reason I'm satisfied with my purchase because I did had the idea for a while it would be cool if you could use your game controller as a mouse and keyboard. I was unaware Xpadder lets you do it, but again, that program would never work for me when I tried. I'm just glad I already had a wireless reciever so it was easy to use from the start.
3 bucks ain't bad for something like that, I'd expect devs to charge at least 10 bucks or more. I mostly game using my HDTV via HDMI mode and always getting up, Now I can just launch games and browse the internet without having to sit on my computer chair all the time.
The only thing I wish it had is virtual keyboard switch options. The devs said they are listening to suggestions, so maybe they will take your request into consideration and will add that feature. I'm not into screenshotting games often, but I do support almost any idea that will make the software the best it can be,
Unsubbed.
This Software is gold.
Enjoy your day.
Go bother trolling other people.
And indeed, you can find freewares to to the "same" thing, Controller Companion didn't invent it.
Anyway, the application is definitely the most-user friendly for that. (If not true: give us links! )
So, people who like comfort pay for this, even if there is free options: well done Koga Tech! ;)
Learn to google. I never had to get my old version of xpadder from a torrent / pirate site. The Old versions are free and work pretty well. I'm not saying that this product here is trash or anything, I have not used it. I'm saying there are free alternatives.
"Note: The "Try it for free" button on the Product Information page takes you to the vendor's site, where you can download the latest version of the software. Only the older versions are free."
