Dose it work in games as Xbox 360 Controller?

Yup, eg. Castle crashers

If you have x360ce installed it will not find your controller in XInput mode. You'll have to uninstall that. Other than that, other users have successfully gotten the XInput mode of F310 working. If it works in Castle Crashers as you say then it should be working in CC too. Try restarting CC.

Sorry just to be clear, if i have a Xbox 360 controller and i install the x360ce thing, will i not be able to use my Xbox 360 controller as is?
Or is that only applying to the Logitech F310 Controller?

Yea, unless i use x360e, it wont detect anyhow(d or x). If i use x360e, it works as dinput

SHN thats odd, I have the wireless variant of that, the F710, and it works perfectly. Perhaps you should check Logitech support to see why Xinput isnt working correctly. And maybe check that you dont have x360ce in the windows folders?

Also a Xbox 360 controller test app would be good to ensure that the controller really is being detected as an XInput device. I found this, although it doesnt seem to display much feedback other than the shoulder buttons and triggers:

*edit, couldn't post link. Do a search on 'Xbox 360 Controller test' and gamejolt is wher eI found it

Thanks but every other application detects it, and the drivers are perfect

You need to install the drivers and properly setup your F310. Castle Crashers supports Dinput, that's why it works with that game. You should try installing the Microsoft Xbox 360 driver from www.microsoft.com first in case there is an issue with the driver that is included with current version of Windows, or you are using an old OS like XP. Then set your 310's switch to the "X" on top. Windows should now show that you have an an "Xbox 360 controller". If Windows shows that you have a "Logitech Rumblepad 2", your 310 is set to the D, or is otherwise running in Dinput mode. Make sure you also installed the Logitech driver for the controller. It doesn't come in the package, you need to download and install it from www.logitech.com

I have installed the latest xbox controller drivers and logitech drivers. Still no fix, and Im running Win 8.1 Pro Enterprise x64

Well I don't own this software, so can only offer general advice about the controller. Since you don't own it either, perhaps if you purchase it instead of a cracked version, it may have updates, or at least be able to get support from the developer.

Im currently using it on my friends pc not mine, I wont buy it until it supports my controller fully. He is using an xbox one controller with no issues.

There you have it. It supports Xinput controllers with no issues.
