Gods and Nightmares is OST. The 2 DLCs on the store page are just OSTs for diehard fans.
Basically, (at least before the pink rectangle) it could be interpreted as being actual DLC as opposed to a separately downloadable soundtrack. Even the pink rectangle doesn't completely clear it up.
But the simplest proof that the page is very poorly worded is simply the huge amount of confusion that has resulted from its existence, which i haven't seen happen for any other game's soundtrack or even just HK's original soundtrack.
