The jelly-bombs are a bit annoying in their own way, but at least it doesn't feel like a "friend" is just lounging about with some snacks while I get toasted.
How did he got nerfed? o_ô
Since he was, he got nerfed. Now he's more on par with the bosses he joins in the 3rd pantheon. He might get a little buff, they aren't done tweaking the numbers yet. IMO the one needed change was the explosion radius for the bombs, now it's not insane to do it on Radiant (1 hit death).
Well, i find GPZ to be a bit hard to predict at times, but not really RNG
...But he isn't all that hard. The only annoying thing he could do is run toward you, but if you want to play safely, just attack him a bit after he attack first. He's easily predictable.
His jumping around can be a bit erratic, his charge is actually surprisingly fast if you're in a bad spot, and when he jumps off screen... well through very meticulous testing, i've come to the conclusion that he has some complex parameters i don't fully understand to decide his landing spot (trust me, it's not just the position you're going toward or you were at, it's more than that, unless they changed it), back when i was fighting Zote 10.
And i suppose the spiders/exploding zoteling can appear in very unpractical spots.
Still, i don't consider him an issue outside of Radiant/Zote 10.
