The structure reminds me the place on the Abyss where you can uprade the Howling Wraiths.

Anyone know if it works for something?

Isn't that where you enter a creatures dream to progress towards the end-game content? If yes, than that thing is what the creature in the dream was.

Okay I have a very ♥♥♥♥♥♥ English so I don't know if I undestood it well but if you mean the place where you found Herrah sleeping no it is not

Thats exactly the same shield that The Hollow Knight has.

Tbh I thought that was the shell of one of the dreamers nearby. I was expecting a boss battle against that when I first saw it.

I do think theres still something to be discovered with that in future dlcs.

Looks like the Desolate dive to me. But that does nothing for it.

Knowing that Hornet is daughter of Herra, and that she was born in unordinary way, I'd say it may be related to her. It really looks like this thing has some sort of opening below.

I think it's where hornet was created in exchange for Herrah becoming a dreamer by the Pale King.( "Fair bargain made", and you also see hornet next to Herrah if you get the King's Brand and then go to Herrah i believe. It has pipes leading into it, an opening at the botttom, so maybe void is pumped into the machine and hornet was created? The pipes are black too.

Hey , i know this page is old , but I tried to bring a white flower ( that was hard ) to the chandelier , and nothing happen , so yep dont do that !
