Trapped in Kingdoms Edge

Hey guys, I've dropped down somewhere in Kingdoms Edge and can't jump back up that way, it's too high up. On either side there are spikes you need to dash through. To the right there were a load of breakable floors that took me to a giant geo rock. To the left there's a little climb that I can't take any higher because I have no double jump. What do?

No map unfortunately. I guess I could just kill myself and reclaim my geo with an egg but there must be a way out without double jump. :s

You have Wall Cimb? Try to lure a bee there and jump off her.

Damn that would be a good idea if I hadn't killed them :p. Will just kill myself I guess. Ty man.

So there's no solution here? I just found myself in the same spot.

The devs are going to fix this, but for now, the only way out is to bounce off of those bees. It's not too hard. Plus, if you go into the cave with the giant geo and then leave, the bees will respawn but the spitting bugs won't. Convenient! It's worth it, too, as there's a very good Charm in that area.

By the way, where is Cornifer hiding in this location? Still cant find a map. I have been to this spot too and I just went to main menu and started on the bench.

You'll find Cornifer when you access the area from east. There is a spot on the left wall

Could anyone let me know where the map guy is for this area? I've spent a good deal of time looking and haven't found him :(

By far the trickiest of all his locations, tho it still gave me an immense amount of satisfaction to find him on my own :) Hope that helped.

I never found him in the waterways, the fungal wastes or the fog canyon. I had to finish the areas to get the maps from him.. In fog canyon, I STILL don't know how to get to him.. Don't tell me, I'll figure it out on another play through. It's just frustrating I've cleared 2/3 of the game it seems, and this area is still a blank on my map, and the map STILL isn't for sale.

You can always exit to the title screen. It will send you to the last bench you sat on the next time you load your save.

What if you've done a lot of progress since saving at a bench? You'll lose that right?

Nah already tried that, you can't walljump that wall.
