Arisen bond quest and the liquid effluvium

Arisens Bond: Complete the witches hut quest (both to find Quinna and later to rescue her from a villager attack) these allow you to find a tablet and some other goodies. After completing those missions you take the tablet to the dragon forged in the cave over on Hillfigure Knoll. This gets you the ring called the Arisens Bond. Gifting the ring to an NPC will give you a very good chance at that NPC becoming your beloved.

Does all of this need to be completed before the final mission? I helped the witches

sorry I did both quests now I cannot find the witch

At the end of the quest to rescue the witch, Selene asks you for permission to move to your house in Cassardis. You should find her there.

[Striker]

There's a door back behind where the Golem attacked from while rescuing Selene. Go thru the door and follow the path to the end. Grab the 3 flowers and tablet there.
