Easier way to get Glacial Rectix?

I need some ot upgrade my armor, and I can't get any! I've killed, like, 20, 30 Snow Harpies. D:

Their materials drop immediately upon death, and they tumble down hills ridiculously fast, and are pretty much impossible to find once they do. Try taking fewer pawns, trying to kill only one harpy at a time. As one is about to die, just stand on top of it and mash "pick up." Just ignore combat while hunting for the drops.

They'll usually glow blue for like an instant before falling down the hill, and you can sometimes follow them based on that. Aquisitor pawns can help, but don't count on them.

Yes, they are a pain.

I do believe Mathias at the Greatwall Encampment sells it late game. Pro tip: for very rare materials you can actually copy them at the Black Cat via Forgery :)

I always get items every time a harpy dies. My team sucks at killing harpies without me. xD I'll definitely try that though, Lokhe! Where's Greatwall Encampment?

Well, easier to google a map than to describe it but it's at the very end of the game. He only sells them in Stage 6 which is also at the end of the quest line so if you're not there yet, don't bother making the trek :)

Greatwall encampment tends to sell one grade higher weapons than whats currently available for that part of the main questline. In addition the whole place is surrounded by snow harpies. Good place for a port crystal to be honest.
