How To 3rd Inclination
Can somebody give me a step by step guild in how to get my 3rd inclination for my pawn. Other sources I look at are confusing and do not explain much.

There's a good chance your Pawn already has tertiary inclination - set I mean, it's not easy to not have anything but top two set.
If not, surely something will pop as soon as you'll visit the knowledge chair and setup the secondary one.

Sit in the chair at the inn, talk to your pawn, the two inclinations that appear on screen are the 2nd and 3rd inclinations

Fez is right. The one you pick will be your secondary and the one you did not pick will be the 3rd. Another way is to use inclination potions. Buy three kinds. Drink in reverse order so drink the one for the 3rd inclination first, then the potion for the secondary and finally the potion for the primary inclination. I normally gulp down 6 primary potions, 4 Secondary and 2 for the 3rd. This helps them stay in place (inclinations can move up or down based upon your style of play).

Suppose you want 1. Utilitarian, 2. Challenger, 3. Mitigator.

Go to The Encampment and buy Inclination Elixirs from Johnathan for 250 Rift Crystals each.

Use them in this order and this amount: (there's debate on exactly how many to use per elixir but using more will not hurt and should only further to push your wanted inclinations higher while distancing them from the unwanted ones.)

Use 3 Mitigator Elixirs
Use 5 Challenger Elixirs
Use 10 Utilitarian Elixirs

This will make your pawn have:

1. Utilitarian
2. Challenger
3. Mitigator

Actually the ratio is 3-5-7-9, and yes every pawn has four inclinations, and you really really want the fourth to be Guardian.

Tertiary inclinations are always present, just not visible. The UI will always only show primary and secondary.

If you want to know what your tertiary is you either have to figure it out through trial and error, or use dinput8 to see the exact values.

The knowledge chair will display your 2nd and 3rd inclinations. It's used to swap those the order of those two. The 4th and below aren't visible.
