If not, surely something will pop as soon as you'll visit the knowledge chair and setup the secondary one.
Go to The Encampment and buy Inclination Elixirs from Johnathan for 250 Rift Crystals each.
Use them in this order and this amount: (there's debate on exactly how many to use per elixir but using more will not hurt and should only further to push your wanted inclinations higher while distancing them from the unwanted ones.)
Use 3 Mitigator Elixirs
Use 5 Challenger Elixirs
Use 10 Utilitarian Elixirs
This will make your pawn have:
1. Utilitarian
2. Challenger
3. Mitigator
Actually the ratio is 3-5-7-9, and yes every pawn has four inclinations, and you really really want the fourth to be Guardian.
If you want to know what your tertiary is you either have to figure it out through trial and error, or use dinput8 to see the exact values.
The knowledge chair will display your 2nd and 3rd inclinations. It's used to swap those the order of those two. The 4th and below aren't visible.
